Judith is a bodyworker and a teacher of bodyworkers. Alongside anatomy and hands-on practice, her classes make room for stories and theatre exercises. These are often the moments students remember most.
Her stories draw on decades of experiences with bodies in motion, in water, on land, and in everyday life. They combine a practitioner’s curiosity with personal insights, humor, and the pleasure of finding an unexpected connection.

A conversation at a Zero Balancing faculty meeting planted the idea of offering free sessions. In 2008, Judith began volunteering with campaign staff. In 2009, she began offering sessions to staff at The Haven in Charlottesville.
