Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle contact with the head, spine and sacrum is part of this light-touch approach. I began studying Craniosacral Therapy with Dr. John Upledger in 1984.
About Craniosacral Therapy sessionsPrivate sessions with Judith Sullivan
I offer individual bodywork sessions that bring together Craniosacral Therapy, Zero Balancing and Visceral Manipulation. We begin with a conversation about what brings you in.

These are parts of one practice. A session may include more than one approach, depending on our conversation and the work we do together.

About Craniosacral Therapy sessionsZero Balancing is the foundation of my practice. It uses gentle pressure and supported positions, called fulcrums, to work with the body’s structure and the experience of movement and energy.
About Zero Balancing sessionsVisceral work focuses on the internal organs and their relationships with surrounding structures. I use gentle contact and movement as part of an individual bodywork session.
About Visceral Manipulation sessionsYou remain clothed during the work. You can ask questions, ask me to adjust the pressure or pause at any time.

I have maintained a private bodywork practice since 1976. Zero Balancing, Craniosacral Therapy and visceral work have each shaped the way I work with clients and teach.
