Judith Sullivan is a bodywork practitioner, teacher, and author in Charlottesville, Virginia. Her work brings attentive touch, movement, and a lifelong curiosity about the body together.

Touch, breath, structure, and movement are connected. Judith’s approach makes space for these relationships, and for the individual at the center of the work.

Her practice includes CranioSacral Therapy, Zero Balancing, and Visceral Manipulation. Her teaching extends into T’ai Chi and Qigong, inviting students to explore slow movement, balance, and awareness.
