How many sessions will I need?

There is no single schedule for everyone. Discuss your goals with Judith and review how the work is going together before deciding whether to continue.

Can I ask about a particular condition?

You can speak with Judith about your questions and whether her approach is appropriate for you. Bodywork does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment from your licensed health professional.

How do people respond to a session?

Experiences vary. Discuss what you notice with Judith, and contact her with questions about your session. Seek medical advice for new, worsening, or concerning symptoms.

How do I book a private appointment?

Visit the appointments page to choose a service and an available time, or call Judith at 434-466-2292. Payment is collected at your appointment.

Do I need experience to join a movement class?

No previous Qigong or T’ai Chi experience is needed for Walking Tree Wisdom, and the movements can be adapted. Check each class page for its participation details.

Where will I find class dates and prices?

Published class pages show the available dates, locations, capacity, and price. If a page does not offer registration, that class is not open for enrollment.

You can read about the book now. Online ordering is not currently available.

Is the website medical advice?

No. The website and educational materials are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice, treatment, or emergency care.
